One of Quintia’s most important projects is the construction of an entire sustainable neighborhood within a 50,000 square meter urban park in Bollate. The eco-district represents the meeting point between the neighborhood and nature. It is a development focused on the relationship between the human beings and open spaces, between plants and renewable energy. Large loggias and bright spaces, common gardens, independent systems and renewable energy are the distinctive features of the over 200 BoHome real estate units.

The project, developed in partnership with the Radice Fossati family, will be implemented with state-of-the-art construction technologies to achieve the highest energy levels. Fossil fuels have been almost totally renounced in the processing, in order to obtain a cutting-edge full-electric district, focused on nature and the well-being of future generations.

The buildings, built with innovative techniques and with particular attention to saving resources, are surrounded by green areas. The large loggias overlook a large public park on one side, and a large internal courtyard with green spaces on the other side.
